We’re delighted to introduce, Hazem Fetoh as the latest member of our support team in the role of Technical Support Engineer!
Hazem will be assisting our customers worldwide. Since GB Labs' storage solutions are built on Linux, he has embraced the challenge of learning a new product set and programming language, having previously supported Microsoft products at Metrobank.
Originally from Egypt, Hazem moved to the UK after earning a degree in Electronics Engineering from the American University in Cairo and gaining valuable experience as an IT Coordinator.
A self-proclaimed tech enthusiast, Hazem even spends his weekends working on computers!
